Registration:

• Primary Registration - $185.00.  $50 rebate per room* if staying 3 nights at Westin DFW Airport Hotel. Rebate to be given at conference. 
• Add your spouse - $95.00.  If attending conference and meals. 
  • Conference price includes conference materials, Fri and Sat dinner, and special Sunday buffet breakfast.

*About the $50 Rebate: To receive the $50 rebate off the conference cost, you must stay at least 3 nights at the Westin Dallas Ft Worth Hotel, including Thursday night, Friday night, and Saturday night.  Rebate is per room registration at the Westin Hotel.

• Special conference room rate is $105 per room per night for single and double occupancy. $115 for triple or quad occupancy. See Hotel page
