Exhibitor registration includes the following:

One 8’ x 4’ display area equipped with
      • One 6’ draped table
      • Two chairs

Rates

All agency representitives must register for the conference separately.

Location/Set Up

The exhibit area will be located around the periphery of the main session hall (Trinity Ballroom) and the Gallery. Exhibits may be set up from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 12. First main session is at 7:00 p.m. on June 12. Exhibits may be taken down Saturday, June 14 anytime after 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 a.m. Sunday. 

(This is a diagram of the conference area. The main sessions and the breakout sessions will be held in the rooms surrounding the gallery area. The exhibit area will extend from the gallery area down the main hallways. This places the exhibits in the middle of conference area.)

Shipping Information

Packages sent to the hotel will be charged at $5.00 per box/per day for receiving and storage. Please do not send boxes to arrive more than 3 days ahead of start date. (Even though they charge, there is still a limited amount of storage space).

Cancellation

Fees for conference registration will be refunded if cancellation notice is received by May 1, 2008. Cancellation of hotel accommodations should be handled through The Westin Hotel.
